The Hey Zomi disc is 65mm in diameter and has a capacity of 52ml.
The rim of the disc is soft to medium firmness.
HOW TO CLEAN
Sterilise your disc before each period by boiling in water for 3 minutes.
You do not need to clean your disc during your period, simply remove, rinse clean and reinsert.
We recommend boiling your disc before your next period, so that it is clean and ready to go.
Store your disc in your little cotton Hey Zomi bag or box inbetween your periods.

높은 경부 / 국내 오이사에 포이컵 실패했는데 경부앞에 계속 끼여서요. 헤이조미는 림을 접었을때 길이가 진짜 딱 끼워맞아요 작지도 않아서 경부 뒤쪽까지 넉넉히 감싸요. 굳이 경부다 잘담겼는지 확인하지 않아요. 지금 3일째 착용중인데 새는거 없어요. 압박도없고 오토덤핑도 되서 외부 화장실에서 생수 들고 다니면서 갈필요도 없어요. 항문에 힘주면 시도때도 없이 덤핑 되진 않아요. 의도대로 혈을 비울수있고 오토덤핑한 뒤에 컵을 빼내면 피가 쏟아져서 화장실이 피바다가 되는 일은 없습니다.
착용한 느낌 없고 방광압박도 없어요.
양 많은 날은 본인이 시간생각하고 알아서 비워줘야함 안그럼 샙니다.
다 찾는지 어떻게 알고 비우냐? —- 생리팬티나 생리대 하나 깔아거 새는느낌 든다 싶음 화장실가거나 본인이 그렇게 되기전에 알아서 비워주면 될듯
전 개인적으로 원래도 아프고 묵직한 느낌있는 사란으로서 많이 차면 아래가 더 묵직하고 뭔가 수축이 더 심해지는것처럼 약간 아픔.
덤핑하고 손가락으로 다시 치골에 걸처야할때도 있고 소변참는힘주면 알아서 들어가는 경우도 있음
외부 장소에서 손가락으로 다시 치골이 걸칠경우 대비해서 화장실밖이서 손씻고 비닐장갑끼고 모든 볼일을 보고 마지막에 장갑 벗어서 치골에 걸쳐줍니다. 짱좋음. 구매 후회 안함!
저는 컵이 생리통에 영향을 주진 않았어요.

I was incredibly hesitant to use the disc as I hated the cup so much but the disc was so comfortable, really easy to use and there was no leaking or mishaps like with tampons or pads. It seriously is a game changer for periods!
