I have been using a menstrual cup for years and it's always been painful to take in and out. With the Zomi disc it's easy to put in and I have found there to be no issue with putting it in the correct position. I love it and have already recommended to friends.

I cannot recommend the hey zomi enough. I got the implant contraceptive nearly 2 years ago, and have been bleeding roughly every two weeks since, and the hey zomi has been such a game changer. It’s so good for spicy times as well with no mess and no pain, it’s always right in the same spot and never moves. Genuinely amazing. Well done to the designers

The disc cleaning tablets are affordable, so easy to use and do a great job.

I used a cup for ages and recently swapped to the disc, couldn't be happier! I have the IUD so was always a little worried using a cup. My disc arrived super quick, came with a cute bag and some sterilisers and is way easier to pop in and out. Only used it once but so far so good!

I am so impressed with the menstrual disc! I tried a menstrual cup in the past and wasn't a massive fan of the suction and inflexibility, and I also had leakage often. With the disc, neither of these is an issue and being able to wear it overnight is awesome! I hate wearing pads and now I don't have to. It takes a bit of getting used to in terms of inserting the disc, but I didn't find it too bad as the disc is very flexible and comfortable to wear. Really happy I gave the disc a go - very satisfied with this product! Thanks Zomi!

As someone who never quite got to use period cups, I’ve always relied on organic tampons in the day and period undies at night. For someone like myself who is an adventure girl, I find the tampons extremely messy and annoying when hiking/camping etc!
Found this product, won’t look back! It feels revolutionary! Game changer … easy to put in, can’t feel it, lasted all day without leaks, and super easy to take out & clean!

It took me a few cycles to figure out how to fit the disc properly. At first, I had quite a few leaks and almost gave up using it. But Liz gave me some helpful advice, and when I tried again, it finally worked.

By my third full cycle, it was a completely different experience — no leaks at all!

I’m so glad I didn’t give up. I highly recommend it. If you’re struggling to fit it at first, don’t give up — keep trying!

This is perfect for storing my disc and is amazing for travel just add my disc and some cleaning tablets and good to go

Super handy when you don’t have access to a microwave or boiling water. Even more handy when used with the collapsible cup!

The Hey Zomi Menstrual Cup & Disc Cleaning Tablets

I love the Hey Zomi disc. Its easy to place and remove. The mess stays in the loo and I havrn had any leaks yet! Sometimes I can feel it there like a tampon, (usually my heaviest and most sensitive day) but mostly I can't. I've been raving about it to friends who are interested.

Absolutely love my Hey Zomi disc. I was on the fence for ages about getting one and so glad I did.

As someone with endometriosis (heavy flow and lots of pain), I have found using Hey Zomi to be so worth it! The information and clear explanations given by the team at Hey Zomi made me want to give it a go and confident in troubleshooting. It has taken a few cycles to get tidier at using it (at first it was messy but that was user-error), I'm still gaining confidence using the disc and I use period undies on the first heavy few days. It has/will save me so much money in disposable period products. All in all, it has been a great investment and I wish I had found out about it a lot sooner in life.

Fits nicely. Easy to put in. More comfortable than store bought. I love that its black so you dont see blood staining. The cute little compact cleaning pod is great. It says you can empty while inside which you can. But if you can figure out how to without getting blood on your hands, please let me know 😅

Omg wish I'd tried this sooner. A real game changer, cannot feel this in at all. Love the convenience of the cleaning tabs.
