I was looking for a new way to help with my period care and thought I’d give this a shot. Honestly blown away by how easy this is to use and I no longer notice I’m on my period during the day. It’s so easy and so so comfortable. I love this product so much. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Some feedback on the Hey Zomi Disc after using it for a while.

Firstly, I absolutely love it! Once I figured out how it works for my body, it honestly became the best thing to ever happen to my menstrual cycle. It has completely changed my experience of having my period, and I wouldn’t want to go back to anything else.

The only thing I found challenging was the insertion guidance. The advice to “push and tuck behind your pelvic bone” didn’t really make sense for me, and when I tried to follow it, the disc wouldn’t stay in place.

What eventually worked for me was more of a “scoop and guide” motion - following the natural curve along the bottom/back of the vaginal canal and guiding it towards and under the cervix. Once I got it far enough, it almost felt like my cervix caught the disc and pulled it into the correct position, where it naturally tucked behind the pubic bone and stayed in place.

I completely understand that everyone’s anatomy is different, but I did have to do quite a bit of experimenting to figure out what worked for me because the information I was reading initially didn’t quite click.

I just wanted to share my experience in case this is helpful for improving the insertion guidance or for other users who might be struggling with the same thing.

Once I figured it out, though - game changer! I absolutely love it.

This is so much better than I was expecting! Can’t even feel it in. Easy to remove and empty. The carry cup is great and makes it so easy to clean.

I was a bit unsure and skeptical how this would work. But it's so easy! It just works. No discomfort and you can pee freely!

I’ve just got my period back in the last couple of months after my third baby and my first two periods, it was like I’d rewound and was a teenager again and bled everywhere through pads and period undies and just yuck! Was so unenjoyable and tricky to manage flow and cannot do tampons anymore and all in all, hated it lol

Purchased this on a whim and holyyy! Absolute game changer. The lube worked a treat and the instructions are so clear and helpful and just sooooo easy and good. Easy to insert, I could feel it wasn’t high enough, easy to adjust. Could not feel a thing! I wore cream pants today and no issues!!!! Felt heavy when I needed to empty and easy as to empty. And then emptying it without having to fully pull out tooo! Are you kidding meeee !? Brilliant obsessed and so grateful 💘🎉🙏✨

Small, but fits a lot in. Seems pretty nice quality. Very happy with it.

I can't believe it took me to get to 40 before trying this. Life just got so much easier. I no longer have to think about stocking up on or carrying around sanitary items and disposing of them when you are away from home. Once you get placement right (which only took 1 go) you honestly forget you are using it. No longer worried about silly strings and NO discomfort on inserting or removing (unlike tampons towards the end of your period when it is a very light flow).
It lasts all day, is super easy to clean and is super discreet.

So comfortable yet discrete and I love the fact they can go in the wash on a normal wash ( to 40 degrees!) not cold water like other brands!

I absolutely love my disc, and I tell everyone about it. I love that I now have no waste on my period and am not using any disposable products. The disc is so easy to use (put it in first try just fine, I found it help in the shower). Makes periods so easy I often forget I’m even on it!!!!

Honestly wouldn’t go back to any other type of period product. The menstrual disc has made life so much easier!

As great as the hey zomi disc is, my first day or two are supppeerrr heavy and sometimes I will leak if I'm not able to keep up on things. The midi brief period undies are a lifesaver during these times, offering a comfortable layer of protection in conjunction with my disk <3

I’ve been wanting to try an alternative to tampons and pads for ages but was a bit scared by the idea. After listening to a beyond the bump podcast I thought I’d give it a try. The money back offer also helped convince me. Couldn’t be easier to use and loving it, my flow is very light but constant with Mirena so was using sanitary products really often.
