Best period undies I’ve had, they don’t feel like period undies at all and no VPL!

I love this disc but more than that I’m so glad I don’t ever have to use tampons again.
These discs are a game changer. It takes a little practice to insert and to empty without pulling it out however you get the hang of it pretty quickly. They can be a little messy if you have a heavy period so not always ideal when in a public bathroom so a good idea to carry wipes. I find that during a very heavy period (clots) it does sometimes leak so I wear period underwear. But if you have a normal period you’re fine. I love that the website has plenty of info and videos to explain how to use them. Very happy with mine.

Switched to the disc from another brand cup that was uncomfortable. The Hey Zomi disc is so much more comfortable and easy to empty without removal. The cleaning container and tablets also great and removed stains with soaking.

Something that can contain the floodwaters! I wasn't fully satisfied with how a menstrual cup held up on my heaviest days, so I decided to switch to a disc. Much better protection and coupled with some period undies, I'm unstoppable!

I thought I was too old to be writing a review for a new menstrual project. I have been in perimenopause for some years, and close to 50, I thought this bloody mess would be coming to an end sooner. I suffer from adenomyosis and have extremely heavy periods. Cups exacerbated pain, and period undies couldn't contain my flow. For years, I have been a tampons + pads on my heaviest days. In search of a more sustainable option, I tried the disk. What I have found as an extremely heavy bleeder is that the disk self empties when I pee on the heaviest days. I still need a back up, but period undies can cope now. Where I would have used a box of super tampons and pads on my heaviest days, the disk is sufficient with back up. I love nights with the disk. I have never used tampons overnight, and even in overnighters with changes, I have ruined sheets and mattresses. I wish this was available years ago. Have purchased for my daughter and daughter in law. If you are managing extremely heavy bleeding, I highly recommend.

I needed more cleaning tablets which lead me to find the collapsible cleaning and carry cup and personal lube! So amazing, I feel a sense of relief when I know my period is due because I’m always prepared, especially for those first few heavy uncomfortable days.

My Zomi disc is so comfortable I regularly forget throughout the day that it’s there. The cleaning tablets and travel container makes being away a complete non event as it’s so easy and convenient in any circumstances.

It took me years to try one and now I cant go back. Its so easy to use, mess free and saves me $$ instead of buying tampons! I love mine from Hey Zomi

After years of enjoying using the menstral cup, now two days of using the disc, I think I am won over.
When in place, I truly feel nothing.

But... I really don't like the art.
It's disgusting.

I am so tight, so i won't buy a new carry bag, but it will be inside out (if that helps) or I'll improvise.

I just wanted to thank the Zomi team for creating products with such care. I bought two of the menstrual discs and I was a little worried as I have never used them and they are different to a cup. It did not disappoint with a little practice I was able to figure it out and it was able to go without changing for about 8 hours on my heavy day. They are so flexible and easy to insert during that time of the month. I am beyond grateful for the team. They take customer service to the next level. I accidentally boiled my disc too long and used the wrong cleaning tablets and reached out for advice. The team were incredibly kind and provided me a discount code even though nothing was their fault. I'm so grateful and I've ordered myself the period undies. Cannot wait to try them and know it will be beyond my expectations.

I honestly find change so hard to adapt to especially when it comes to my period. I had been using tampons for years then started seeing changes in my cycle as I got to my mid-late 20s. I wanted to go toxic free and waste free, this disc has allowed me to visualise my flow and monitor changes. It also made so easy to change with all the information available on the website regarding inserting and cleaning the product!!! I would recommend the change to all of my girl friends
