I accidentally fried my Hey Zomi disc so purchase an alternative product while I waited for delivery. Mistake. Big mistake!
It took a reality check to fully appreciate the design of the Zomi disc and how unbelievably easy and comfortable it is.
The alternative was stupidly difficult, not to mention time consuming, and hard on your grip - that little loop is nothing short of genius!
If you’ve been put off by previous experience, give Zomi a go. I was lucky I found it first, and won’t be going elsewhere again. I’ve even purchased a back up in case I forget the pot on the stove again!

i’ve been using tampons my whole life and i know it was time for a change especially all the research and information i know now about how bad majority of sanitary products are for women. the zomi disc fits sooo comfortable i actually sometimes forget im wearing it. once you get the technique on how to place it and remove it, its honestly the best thing

I have been using it for 12 months now and I have owned two I boiled the first on dry on the stove. But I brought another one straight away because I love it so much and could never go back to using anything else. I will tell anyone who listens that they need one!

Previously tried a cup and it was difficult to use and ineffective so i was scared away from trying anything else.

This product is so easy to use and you dont even notice its there! I train crossfit and went to the gym forgetting i had my period at all! Lots of toe to bar, squats and skipping- not a single drop of leakage!

Stoked with this purchase! Never used tampons in my life and now use Zomi. First time I was able to swim on my period. Life changing.

I have vulvodynia (caused by nerve pain at the entrance to the vagina), so tampons are still incredibly painful for me, but I’m very active and hate pads so I needed an internal option. This disc is so soft and easy to insert so it doesn’t hurt even me at all! I do have a very heavy flow and take tranexamic acid for that, but this disc still manages to last 6 hours on my heaviest day rather than a super tampon at about 2-3 hours. The removal loop is very easy to catch so removal is not a problem at all!

After a decade of trying to discretely boil cups on the stove, this is a revelation! I have only used the tablets once (because I also have the collapsible storage/cleaning case and microwaving my disc in that is so quick and easy!) but it was really easy, and immediately removed a stain that I hadn't been able to rinse off. Effortless :)

Love this compact bottle I can keep on hand for those dryer days at the start or end of my period to make the disc easier to insert. Bonus points I can use it for other stuff too! I have sensitive skin and had no issues :)

Absolutely amazing the best period product I have ever used. 1000/10 for period sex (so clean!), takes a bit of trial and error to get used to but highly recommended to try inserting it when you aren't on your period to get used to the product and how it feels. Im honestly looking forward to my next period so I can use the disc again 😍

Always had trouble using tampons, couldn’t use a period cup and pads just felt gross but I’ve always just used them anyways. Finally tried this period disc - first time I used it and it has immediately changed my (period) life!! So easy to use, didn’t have any issues and it literally just felt like I hardly had a period. After 2 days of using it, I told my friends to get onto them too, it has just amazed me how good it is!

Making the switch from tampons to a disk or cup has been on my mind for ages & I finally bit the bullet and decided to try Hey Zomi. I will admit I was a bit nervous for the first time trying them - the worry of it getting 'stuck' as i've never used a product like this before. Second cycle into using the disc though and I feel like i'm able to use it with much more confidence and wondering why I put off the switch for so long! So convenient not having to worry about changing products for the whole day, super easy to keep clean, really soft/comfortable & easy to insert. I haven't yet nailed a mess-free change or empty but being able to just do it in the shower keeps it as easy as can be. I'm converted!

I switch led from my old menstral cup and this one is way comfier, easy to use (less mess) and just all around a better product than my last. love it!! shipped fast aswell

After ten years on the pill and the implant, I finally decided to go off hormonal contraception and try a menstrual cup for the first time in my life. I thought that was going to be a life-changing experience… but I was wrong!

After using the disc for three periods, I can confidently say I’m choosing the disc. No suction, it adapts naturally to my anatomy, and I find it so much easier to insert, secure and remove.

It took me a little while to understand how to use it properly, but honestly, the game changer for me is using it while sitting on the toilet. Once I figured that out, everything became so much easier.

What an incredible invention! I also felt really supported throughout the whole experience because it’s not just about selling a Hey Zomi product — it’s about educating the customer, providing information and making you feel confident using it.

Super comfortable, I can still run and play sports while wearing it. Easier to insert than a tampon, never going back to tampons!!
