Have used it 3 times now and it is easy enough to insert and I can’t feel anything once in. It was always hard to get the placement right with the period cup but no issue with Hey Zomi. The only thing i find is that there is some leakage on the heavy flow days and it isn’t because the Zomi is full. Maybe it is a placement thing but either way, wish it was easier to avoid.

Very happy with the cleaning cup for the Zomi disc. Very easy to store in bathroom or toiletries bag. Makes the disc very easy to clean anywhere. Very happy with all my Zomi purchases.

I absolutely love the Zomi Disc! After researching my options, Zomi seemed to be the best. I am absolutely loving it - I wish I'd switched from tampons and pads sooner!! Cant recommend enough, its easy to use, no leakage, comfortable, discreet, easy to clean.. love it!!

This cup rounds out my Hey Zomi disc perfectly. It's better for keeping my disc clean in between uses. I LOVE that it's straightforward and all I need before using my disc too. Awesomely discrete for when you're away or staying with somone. The collapsing feature too - amazing idea and a huge high five for thinking of that one!

Easy to use, comfortable and leak free.
I have done gym, road trips, hikes and swimming (yes swimming with no worries or gross wet tampons to deal with) I also always found I got worse cramps wearing tampons but not with the hey zomi I’ve never been able to use menstrual cups as I have a low cervix and a tilted uterus, so they were uncomfortable to wear. I tried 3 brands and gave up all hope Do yourself a favour and invest in you. Get your life back when you have your period It’s worth a try!

I have been using the HeyZomi disc for a couple of months now, and I am super happy with it. It took a bit to find a disc that worked well for me and my anatomy, but with this disc it was a perfect match. Definitely my favourite period product. 100% worth it!

Love the dish as it flattens with the cup making it discreet then easily pops back out for use.
So useful for travelling as well as at home.
