The Hey Zomi Reusable Menstrual Disc

The disc is so comfy to wear and would be an absolute game changer if it weren't for my heavy flow. Will definitely be great on lighter days.

First day I wasn’t sure. But I read FAQs and a bit more info and was reassured. Persistence is key. Now I’m convinced it’s the best. Most of the day I can forget about having a period at all.

I was sick of using pads and tampons, I felt like they dried up my downstairs and they create a lot of waste too. It takes a couple of tries to get it in the right spot but once you do…it’s life changing. I forget I’m even on my period

I had always wanted to try a reusable menstrual product but was unsure about the comfort and fit of those available on the market. I first came across Zomi from a post on social media discussing the use of menstrual discs for mess free sex so that was the deciding factor for me to try one out! I love how a purchase of a menstrual disc comes with clear and easy to understand instructions as well as tips and tricks to troubleshoot if you are having any issues with insertion. Personally, I found the Zomi very easy to use and undetectable once in place and ended up being more comfortable than tampons to insert and remove! The disc is easy to clean, and can be worn overnight as well. Personally, I would highly recommend a menstrual disc for its comfort, ease of use and being a more sustainable and environmentally friendly approach to period care!

This has changed my life. I literally nearly forgot they I had my period and had to clean the disc. As I am a teacher and can’t go to the bathroom when needed but rather when you can, Usually I use super tampon and night time pad to see me through until first break when I need to change all until second break, change etc
My first Zomi day:
Went to bathroom at break, no leaking at all. Emptied disc, same at second break went all the way from 1:00 till 4:30 when I got home before checking and all was still leak free.

So far I’ve loved the disk! I had never used any cups before and it even took me a while to use tampons. I had a big fear on them getting stuck. So was quite nervous to try zomi, but so far after using it through 1 cycle I’ve been amazed at how easy it has been! Way smoother going than a tampon and after some practice the seal was great (although I still wore period undies just in case), really easy to remove too and less resistance. Super super shocked how easy I found it, thought I’d be the last person to be able to graduate from tampons

Between my Hey Zomi disc and period undies, when I’m not wearing the disc I genuinely forget. I don’t stress about it like I used to with tampons, it’s comfortable and super easy to use. It makes me feel good about myself and my body

I am an ex menstrual cup user and I can honestly say that the Hey Zomi disc is the game changer I needed. I had started avoiding using my cup as it would slip down if I sneezed, coughed or exercised. With the Hey Zomi disc… it does. not. move (unless I want it to of course). No more leaking and uncomfortable stems and no more having to readjust in public bathrooms. Definitely my new period go to, thank you Hey Zomi 🤍

Absolutely love my Zomi 🫶🏻 I’ve been using a cup for quite a few years now, and the Zomi is so much easier, more comfortable and honestly makes having to deal with the monthly flow not even a deal at all!
No leaks, no trouble with insertion or removal and so easy to clean!
Just wish I’d found it sooner! 😁
