The Hey Zomi Reusable Menstrual Disc

I’ve tried numerous menstrual cups in the past, but many of them were uncomfortable and prone to leaking. However, Zomi has completely changed my experience! It feels incredibly comfortable—I can hardly tell it’s there. When inserted correctly, I haven’t experienced any leaks at all. So far, I absolutely love it!

A friend was joking about needing to stock up supplies for the apocalypse and my first thought was that I would need to ensure I have enough menstral discs to last my lifetime 😂. I've been using it for three months now and it's so convenient! No more needing to change tampons half way through my shifts as a swim teacher, no squeezing a heap of pads in my bag, no blood everywhere if I lie wrong while sleeping, no hassel trying to wash and dry period undies daily, which can be just impossible when traveling. Just one little disc you can wash in the sink when you wake up and before you go to sleep (and maybe at lunch time on heavy days), and boil at the end of the week. The 'learning curve' is nothing to be afraid of, you'll have it worked out by the end of your first cycle. Application doesn't give me the ick the way tampons did, it's comfortable, slightly reduces cramp pain (only ever so slightly, but that's better than nothing), and the little handle in the design works really well. Highly recommend!!

I won’t ever use a tampon or pad again! This product is life changing. I left it in for 12 hrs a day, changed it in the shower and had no leakage, no period smell, no issues. I would definitely recommend playing around with insertion and removal a few times before using it on your next cycle. 10/10 I have told all my girlfriends about it!

Cannot believe how easy this is to use and the money and waste I will save not using tampons. Easy insertion first try and super simple to empty throughout the day if needed. No leaks at all. So happy.

I wish I'd swapped from my cup to a Hey Zomi many, many years ago. Hey Zomi does exactly the job it's meant to - easy to insert and remove, comfortable and no leaks! Super convenient for work - no need to empty for the whole day + no fear of leaks. The cleaning tablet also works brilliantly.
