So easy and comfortable. Wish I converted sooner!

Hated the cup but love the disc! So easy had no issues with it at all, love it and will be purchasing another

I still struggle to get it in unless I put a tiny bit of coconut oil on the sides so it just glides in, but once it is in it stays in place. I haven’t had any leakage which was one of my initial worries.
I can't stand wearing pads and sometimes I get tampon rejection so this really is the best alternative for me.
I definitely recommend it.

Said goodbye to my tampons and tried the Hey Zomi disc the other day! Not only do I feel so good about doing my bit for the planet, my body and supporting Aussie owned/made, the whole system is so much more convenient, neater, stress-free and comfortable than what I was doing before (tampons and period undies). I’m definitely going to have to get better at doing the drawer method (IYKYK) but other than that, thanks Hey Zomi for your clear and friendly marketing and instructions on Instagram making any doubts or fears I had, disappear.

양 많은 날에 잘 때 누수없으나 누웠다가 앉는 순간 중력이 아래로 쏠리면서 혈액양이 초과하여 넘쳤습니다. 저는 양이 많은 편입니다. 하루 제외하곤 넘친 적이 없습니다. 오토덤핑으로 외부에서 쉽게 비우고 다시 치골에 걸치고 있으며, 완전 제거가 필요하지 않아 제법 위생적이고 좋습니다. 팁은 손을 씻고 일회용 장갑을 끼운 뒤 변기에 앉아 오터덤핑 후 휴지로 닦고 장갑을 벗어 치골에 다시 걸칩니다.
삽입 할 때, 제거 할 때 통증은 전혀 없고 경부앞에 끼이지 않고, 잘 안착됩니다.

I have had issues with leaking pads, tampons and period underwear since I had surgery to remove uterine polyps 4 years ago. Tried this cup with not much optimism. But holy cow, for the first time in years I’ve been able to go about my day without anxiety. I no longer feel like I’m sitting on a jam sandwich. Goodbye period underwear and nappies (yes I’d resorted to adult nappies) this little disk truly made such a difference to my life. Oh and it’s super comfy once you get used to inserting it

Honestly, I barely felt the Hey Zomi menstrual disk when it was in. No discomfort or worrying about autodumping unless I was doing a #2. It stayed in place most of the time, and I didn’t have to think about it.

I used a little lube to put it in the first time, and it slid right into place. It’s soft, so folding it in half was super easy. Changing it in the shower was simple, and it slid back into place with no issues. A few times during the day, I could feel it shift a little behind my pubic bone, but it usually went back into place when I stood up. I also did some light exercise, and no leaks at all, which was a huge relief! Having the little loop to pull it out is handy, although I could feel it a bit when I bear down.

I changed it twice a day in the shower, which was a game-changer. I’m not constantly worrying about bleeding through or leaking. I haven’t tried a menstrual cup yet, but honestly, I don’t think I need to.

I’ll definitely get my money’s worth in 5–6 periods. Not having to deal with tampons, the smell, or the waste anymore is honestly the best part.

For my first menstrual disk, the Hey Zomi one fit pretty well. I’m definitely recommending this and I’ll be raving about it to anyone who’ll listen. How did I not try this sooner?! I’m never going back to tampons.

The Hey Zomi Reusable Menstrual Disc

Hey Zomi was my first experience outside tampons and pads. I have a very heavy flow and was concerned a disc just wouldn't cut it. It took a few days to get the hang of it but once I did, I will never go back. The videos on the website helped me figure things out and helped me stop the leaks.

I’m 27 and I have been using pads as my man source of period management since I got them about 15yrs ago. To say the Hey Zomi disk has been a life changer is an understatement. It took me a couple of goes to get it, but once I did it was a no mess period for the first time in my life. No more runs to the bathroom from fear of leaking, no questions of if your pad is sitting right. For myself personally, no more uncomfortable and messy tampons. I highly recommend this product to those looking for a better alternative to pads/ tampons.

Thoughts on day 1 of the disc ... Amazing! Revolutionary! Must spread the word to all womankind! Much more secure than the cup and more comfortable.

The disc is very easy to use and I love how compared to the menstrual cup there is no suction to overcome before removal. 5 stars.
