I was skeptical about this but omg it’s so much better than a menstrual cup and actually doesn’t leak on heavier days. You don’t feel it and it is so easy to use

Honestly the best product I have found, I normally have really bad cramps throughout the whole period, this time I had them when I first started bleeding and that was all. When inserted correctly you don’t even feel it! Usually I’m really paranoid and worried about leakage, not with the hey zomi!

I’m absolutely in love with the HeyZomi disc. I’ve been a loyal menstrual cup user for years, but this weekend I tried the disc for the first time, and wow. Adjusting was a breeze once I figured out it sits a bit deeper than a cup, and it's so comfy, I even went for a run on day one of my cycle without noticing it at all. Bye-bye cups, hello HeyZomi disc life! 🌈

The heyzomi disc, has completely changed my life. I used to wear menstural cups & they were uncomfortable all the time, and even painful at times. But the way the zomi disc effectively morphs itself to your body is perfect. No pain. No discomfort. The auto-empty is so helpful, and amazing that your zomi disc uses your bodies function to even do that is crazy. Outstanding design. I've been using it for maybe 5 or 6 months now and I imagine I'll never change discs. Go zomi for having women & all menstrating peoples backs. Love your work!!

I've been a long time menstrual cup user, but this is the first disc I've tried - we're a convert. It's so comfortable and no more stabbies from the little pokey bits cups have at their base! The handle is a game changer. I am finding it a little harder to empty my bladder, but this also could be a user error / something I get used to.

This menstrual disc is an amazing product. Used it for the first time and was a bit fiddly to put in with slippery fingers from using gel but worked. Also found if I don't push it up in place properly I was leaking a little bit but then help from the videos and via communication with the ladies I managed to work it out. Great product. Still scared of using it at night as I think I will leak as one of my days is really heavy with big clots so not sure how I will go through the night .. day time I had to empty within about 4 to 5 hrs .. so let's see how I go...

After using period undies decided to make the switch to a disk and after first time absolutely loved it. On heavy day I paired with period undies and found I needed them. Perfect towards middle/end. So comfortable, easy to use, will take some time figuring out easy empty. Most importantly felt so connected to my body when emptying. Will be recommending to everyone

I wanted to wait until I had actually used it for a period before I reviewed, and so far it is amazing. So easy to use. true about the easier than a tampon, I am loving the fact that I cannot feel the leaking, with tampons and me getting older and more clotting blood the tampons were becoming a nightmare. That’s all gone. I also really hate to think how much is ending up in landfill and flushed down toilets, so an easy reusable option was my goal. Could never get used to menstrual cups but this is so easy! Need some practice for the not fully removing to empty but it holds so much more that I can do it all at home. Love it love it love it! Can’t wait to start telling friends about it.

I got a disc after being a long time cup user. Cups were always a bit unreliable in the first days of my cycle. I used the disc with no leaks and no issues from the start. Wish I’d gotten one sooner!

I wish this was around years ago when I started using period products. I was genuinely surprised at how easy and comfortable it is. Would recommend it to anyone.
